Galbreath Kitchen is a personal application operated by Christopher Galbreath for his own household use. It is not offered to the general public. These terms apply to the single intended user of the application.
If access is ever extended to additional users, these terms will be updated and revised acceptance will be required.
The application is provided for personal meal-planning and household-management use. The user may:
The user is responsible for the accuracy of data they enter and for the consequences of decisions made based on application output.
The application does not provide:
The application integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Anthropic Claude, Oura Cloud, Railway, and Cloudflare. The user's relationship with those third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
When the user connects a third-party integration (for example, an Oura Ring), the user authorizes the application to access data from that service on the user's behalf, as described in the application's privacy policy and the relevant consent flow.
User-generated content (recipes, notes, daily logs, profile information) remains the property of the user. The application is operated by the operator and its underlying code, design, and infrastructure are the property of the operator.
AI-generated content produced by the application has terms that depend on the underlying model provider. The user should consult Anthropic's terms for content generated via Claude.
Data handling is described in detail in the privacy policy. Briefly:
The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator makes no representations about the availability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of application content or functionality.
The operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the application, including but not limited to loss of data, decisions made based on application output, or interruptions in service.
The operator may discontinue the application at any time. The user may stop using the application at any time. Upon discontinuation or termination, the user is responsible for exporting any data they wish to retain before access ends.
If these terms are updated, the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will change. Continued use of the application after substantive changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
